Kansas city print garage
The Kansas City Print Garage is my current place of employment. When I closed up shop at Survival Letterpress a letterpress company in North Kansas City bought all my equipment and I went with it. The Kansas City Print Garage is a rebrand project that we took on for what was once ARB Letterpress. We wanted the company to have a refresh and wanted to develop a brand identity that people could get behind. We wanted it to be rugged, much like the equipment we use everyday. We are printers and press operators but we are also mechanics. We work with oil, grease and gears. KC Print Garage was a name that we thought fit well with the look that we were wanting to achieve. Automotive industry meets print industry. The brand shift is still a work in progress but it's coming along nicely and it'll be a nice fit for Kansas City.
